WORK DESCRIPTION
We offer a great opportunity to be part of building our HR team as we are now looking for an HR Business Partner for central Europe (the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Czech Republic). We have a history of Merger & Acquisitions, which means that our employees have joined Axiell from different companies. This is a new position, and you will have an important role implementing Group HR processes and directives as well as supporting managers in all relevant areas. You will work with everyday HR matters and your focus is to improve and support the organisation.
You will...
act as an HR advisor to managers and support in strategic and operational HR matters
support our managers in Recruitment processes and On- and Offboarding
implement and maintain HR policies, tools and processes (for example: salary reviews, performance management, KPI’s, succession planning.)
participate in Employer Branding and Learning & Development activities
drive labour law-related matters
In this position you are reporting to our HR Operations Director placed in Lund, Sweden. As we are a small HR-organization you will be part of developing HR within Axiell, building and driving HR projects across the organization.

Required qualifications:
You have a higher academic degree within HR, business administration, or related field
You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in an international environment
You are fluent in English, and language skills in French or German is an advantage
The position will include travel.
