You play a key role in supporting our finance and business operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region. The role will involve frequent interactions with the regions mainly through teams but from time to time travelling within the APAC region, providing a unique opportunity to work hands-on in various markets and contribute to the growth and success of a leading player in the HVACR industry.
Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial plans.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
And a drive for translating data into actionable insights. With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will build relationships with country managers for the APAC Division as well as your colleagues in Malmö.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or business controlling roles, preferably in a multinational organization.
Proficiency in financial software for reporting (e.g., Power Bi, Cognos, Excel, etc.).
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages in the APAC region is a strong advantage.
Understanding of HVACR industry dynamics is a plus.
