WORK DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Product Consultant to help our clients get the most out of the Axiell ALM Product Portfolio. In this role, you'll collaborate with both new and existing customers to tailor our solutions to their unique business needs. Your work will include product configuration, data conversion consultancy, general consultancy, installation, and testing.

ABOUT YOU

You are a driven and resourceful professional with a minimum of five years’ experience in a fast and service-based environment. You thrive on managing your own workload, effectively prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing priorities with ease.

Ideally, you have experience supporting databases and software applications, preferably within a software company.

You are highly organized, deadline-oriented, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly when engaging with customers. You are a natural problem-solver, you approach challenges with a structured and analytical mindset. Self-motivated and confident, you’re ready to take ownership of complex situations while also being a supportive and collaborative team player who can work independently when required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Axiell ALM Product Suite, including configuration requirements and limitations

• Provide expert consultancy on data migration, including mapping and specifications

• Collaborate with Project Managers to schedule, forecast, and deliver work on time and within budget

• Support QA testing to ensure product quality and readiness

• Communicate customer feedback and enhancement requests to the Development team

• Identify and document Requests for Enhancements clearly and accurately

• Monitor project scope and flag out-of-scope requests to the Project Manager

• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage your own workload in coordination with team members to meet and exceed project milestones

• Demonstrate commercial awareness by recognizing opportunities to add value and increase revenue

• Perform other ad hoc duties to support effective departmental operations

TECHNICAL SKILLSET

• Experience supporting databases & web applications.

• Working knowledge of database technologies and proficiency in programming languages. A combination of any of the following: MS SQL, Oracle, JSON, CSS, HTML, XSLT, JavaScript, C#, T-SQL, PL/SQL.

• Experience with various API types (e.g., REST, GraphQL, SOAP, gRPC).

• Familiarity with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, API Blueprint).

• Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Postman, JUnit).

• Experience with Web application security and authentication mechanisms.
