ACCESSORIES & SALES COORDINATOR

The Company

Hyundai Mobis is a Korean company that provides original spare parts and accessories for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis. The company is headquartered in Seoul and is part of the Hyundai Motor Group. The company's distribution warehouse in Sweden is located in the Torsvik industrial area outside Jönköping. There are 39 white-collar workers and 65 warehouse employees. Hyundai Mobis Parts Europe is responsible for distribution and sales to the Nordic and Baltic markets. There is also sister branches around Europe located in Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy and Hungary.

Role and Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible to support the lead of the MOBIS accessory and sales team and the account managers to achieve the sales objectives. You will execute the accessory strategy from product planning to sell-out to the retail customer.

Key Tasks

In the position as accessories and sales coordinator you will manage the daily contact with the sales team and other Hyundai Mobis offices, mainly in the Nordic countries but also in Europe and in Korea. You will have a coordinating role where your main task will be to analyze and compile sales results and stock status to create forecasts. Your responsibility will be to implement new portfolios and new products. Together with the key account managers your task will be to promote these to the market through various channels. Furthermore, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by overseeing and managing the existing product portfolio.

To help you build a solid understanding of the role and the company, you will be part of a team of skilled colleagues who will provide guidance and ongoing support.

Education, experience and personal qualities

  •          Post-secondary education in economy, business and/or marketing, or equivalent work experience from similar role.

  •          You are an experienced user of the Office package, mainly excel and power point.

  •          Meritorious is to have experience within and/or interest for car industry.

  •          You demonstrate a strong writing and verbal communication ability in English.

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.

Salary: Fixed salary, by agreement.

MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

The Swedish branch offers services to KIA and Hyundai retailers in the Nordic and Baltic countries. Our warehouse is located in Jönköping and our sales office in Upplands Väsby. We have approx. 100 employees and a turnover above 1600 MSEK.
