This is a permanent, full-time position with a preferred start as soon as possible.

What does a Product Manager do at Kiilto?

As a Product Manager at Kiilto, you take ownership of assigned product lines within Professional Hygiene, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant and commercially successful. You are the voice of the customer and the driver of your portfolio. The role is based in Malmö and forms part of a broader Nordic product management team (Denmark, Finland and Sweden).

Your focus will be on the DAX portfolio and Kiilto Pro range, primarily serving healthcare customers such as hospitals, regions and professional cleaning environments. This is not a passive portfolio management role. We are looking for someone who proactively drives their products forward and takes clear ownership of the result.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Drive Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) for your assigned product lines

• Maintain product roadmaps and lifecycle plans – and drive actions to keep products competitive

• Identify development, improvement and discontinuation opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations

• Monitor product performance, profitability and competitiveness

• Gather customer and market insights and translate them into product decisions

• Ensure product information, labelling and regulatory compliance are up to date

• Support Sales with product expertise, training, tender activities and complex customer cases

Who are you?

We are looking for a commercially driven product manager who takes ownership and is comfortable making decisions in a cross-functional environment. You don't need to come from a traditional product management background – a strong sales background combined with a commercial mindset works equally well.

What matters most is that you are proactive, structured and genuinely curious about your products and your customers. Product Lifecycle Management experience is a must, everything else we can develop together.

Requirements for this role:

• Experience in product management or product lifecycle management

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset – ability to assess product performance and drive decisions

• Experience of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

• Fluent in Swedish and English – both written and spoken

• Comfortable working independently as part of a distributed Nordic team

Experience from a regulated environment (professional hygiene, chemicals, pharma or similar), familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, or a background close to sales teams is highly advantageous. An interest in sustainability is a plus.
