About the Role

We’re looking for a sales professional who combines technical curiosity with strong interpersonal skills. You enjoy building long‑term relationships as much as understanding complex solutions, and you’re confident translating technical concepts into clear, engaging, and customer‑centric conversations.
As an Associate Account Executive, you will support and guide prospective customers in discovering Axiell’s proven cloud‑based solutions, while gaining hands‑on experience in collections management and solution‑based sales. No prior expertise is required—we provide comprehensive training in our products, industry, and sales processes to set you up for success.
What You’ll Do
Learn collections management workflows and become knowledgeable about Axiell’s SaaS solutions
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify new opportunities
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
Deliver introductory product demonstrations with support from senior team members
Assist with tenders, RFPs, and RFIs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasts in the CRM
Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams
Attend Axiell conferences and industry events
Support marketing initiatives and event activities
Stay informed on trends within the cultural heritage sector
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Arts/Cultural Studies, Science, or Technology
Strong communication and presentation skills
Tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Passion for problem-solving and supporting cultural heritage organizations
Willingness to travel up to 20% within North America
Nice to have qualifications...
Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or consulting
Familiarity with CRM tools
Interest in museums or cultural institutions
Experience with collections management systems
Ability to demonstrate or explain software solutions
Proficiency in French

What we offer:
Your expertise matters to us — this role comes with a salary range of CAD 60,000–70,000 per year, aligned with your experience and background.
📍 Location: While the role is primarily based in Toronto, we offer potential flexibility in location- such as Ottawa- for candidates who bring strong French language skills and are able to support our French‑speaking customers.
