About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for early-career talent eager to build a career in SaaS sales while working closely with inspiring cultural institutions.

As an Associate Account Executive, you will guide prospective customers toward Axiell’s proven cloud-based solutions while learning collections management practices and the fundamentals of solution-based selling. No need to be an expert—we provide comprehensive training in our products, industry, and sales processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn collections management workflows and become knowledgeable about Axiell’s SaaS solutions

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify new opportunities

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients

  • Deliver introductory product demonstrations with support from senior team members

  • Assist with tenders, RFPs, and RFIs in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasts in the CRM

  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams

  • Attend Axiell conferences and industry events

  • Support marketing initiatives and event activities

  • Stay informed on trends within the cultural heritage sector

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Arts/Cultural Studies, Science, or Technology

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Passion for problem-solving and supporting cultural heritage organizations

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within North America

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or consulting

  • Familiarity with CRM tools

  • Interest in museums or cultural institutions

  • Experience with collections management systems

  • Ability to demonstrate or explain software solutions

What we offer:

Your expertise matters to us — this role comes with a salary range of CAD 60,000–70,000 per year, aligned with your experience and background.
