We are seeking an enthusiastic Library Solutions Consultant to join our team in Maarssen, Netherlands. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing customer business requirements and transforming them into innovative solutions. Your work will primarily involve our V-smart, V-insight, V-eyeQ, and Iguana products, ensuring successful software implementation through both independent and collaborative efforts.
You will report directly to Operations team lead – Axiell PL&E (Benelux)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Analyze and Advise: Understand and interpret customer business requirements to design and recommend effective solutions using our library software products.
Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial consultation through to implementation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs.
Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our products.
ABOUT YOU
You are an organized, driven, and socially adept individual with a passion for libraries and technology. Your communication skills are strong, and you are fluent in Dutch. You have a problem-solving mindset, with a service-oriented attitude and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Essential Skills:
Strong customer service, support, training, and project management capabilities.
Ability to analyze complex problems in multifaceted environments.
Proficiency in juggling technical, management, and communication tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in Dutch with excellent written and oral communication skills. Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Solid understanding of, or experience with, library operations and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with V-smart, V-insight, V-eyeQ, and Iguana software, with the capability to support additional systems.
Experience in library science, information management, or related fields.
