This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven marketer who thrives on building pipeline, optimizing campaigns, and creating measurable business impact. You'll play a key role in shaping and executing demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads, increase pipeline velocity, and support revenue growth.

About the Role

As our Demand Generation Marketer, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs targeting the United States and Canada, while supporting selected global growth initiatives.

Working closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Global Marketing teams, you'll develop campaigns that engage prospects throughout the buyer journey and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, content, email, paid media, events, and ABM channels.

• Build and manage programs that generate qualified leads and contribute measurable pipeline growth.

• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.

• Develop compelling messaging and campaign narratives aligned with customer challenges and market opportunities.

• Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline performance.

• Support sales enablement with campaign assets, messaging, and customer-focused content.

• Collaborate on webinars, case studies, thought leadership, social media, and other content initiatives.

• Manage activities that strengthen customer engagement, retention, and community growth, including Axiell's annual North American user conference.

• Leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and data to refine targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution and a passion for measurable results.

You likely bring:

• Experience driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives.

• Hands-on expertise across digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, paid media, events, and account-based marketing.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data, funnel metrics, and testing to optimize performance.

• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with sales and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs into compelling campaigns and content.

• A proactive, results-oriented approach and passion for continuous improvement.

• The salary range for this position is CAD $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
