We are now looking for a Head of Product Management to lead our global product portfolio, with a particular focus on the evolution and growth of our Quria platform.

About the Role

As Head of Product Management, you will take full ownership of our product management function and drive the long‑term success of Axiell’s platforms. This role focuses on both strategic leadership and hands‑on product management, combining responsibility for Quria with leadership of the Product Managers across the CXM and LXM portfolios.

You will play a central role in shaping our roadmap, aligning product development with company strategy, strengthening market position, and ensuring that our products deliver real value to customers around the world. 

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Axiell’s product portfolio with main responsibility for the Quria platform, identifying opportunities to grow ARR and improve margins.

• Build and communicate a clear product vision and create strategic roadmaps driven by market needs, customer insights and partnerships.

• Manage the high‑level product roadmap and ensure alignment with company strategy and commercial priorities.

• Own the product management process, present at the Product Board, and build KPI structures for performance and product success.

• Ensure product and feature alignment with sales strategies, customer needs and organizational objectives.

• Lead, mentor and grow a global team of Product Managers; foster a strong commercial and customer‑centric product culture.

• Strengthen operational capability to deliver scalable solutions across the portfolio.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D and Product Owners, with joint responsibility for business cases and prioritization.

• Drive continuous improvement across the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

Success Measures

• Growth in recurring revenue across products and platforms

• Expanded market share for the Quria platform and strong structures to support growth in the wider portfolio

• Clear alignment between product and technology investment and company strategy

• Scalable business impact measured through market share, customer satisfaction and entry into new markets

• Effective cross‑functional collaboration and a strong, unified product agenda

Skills & Experience

We believe you have:

• Extensive experience in software, product management and commercial strategy within an international product company

• Strong strategic thinking and product visioning capabilities

• Deep understanding of product development methodologies, technologies and industry trends

• Leadership experience from global, distributed teams

• Strong communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills

• Experience working with or selling in the public sector

• Knowledge of business modelling, pricing and commercial structures

• High level of structure, drive and proactive mindset

• Fluency in English (Swedish is an advantage but not required)
