MARKETING MANAGER

NorthX Biologics is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization that offers services and support in the development and manufacturing of biologics used as vaccines, gene therapy and other advanced applications. Elevate Your Career as a Marketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of various marketing activities, with a strong focus on digitalization, campaign management, and tactical marketing support for our sales team. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance our brand both internally and externally.

This role will report directly to the Chief Alliance and Innovation officer, Deputy CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Digital Marketing and Digitalization:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

  • Lead SEO optimization efforts to enhance website visibility and search rankings (with support from marketing agency).

  • Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to improve efficiency.

  • Track and utilize tools to create trackable links, evaluate lead sources in a structured and efficient way as well as properly evaluate the performance of different campaigns and choices of media (for example if LinkedIn provides more leads/MQL/SQL than event invites etc)

Marketing Planning and Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns in line with the company’s goals and timelines.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless campaign execution.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

Providing Tactical Marketing Support for Sales:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials and presentations.

  • Provide tactical support, including creation of presentations, brochures, case studies, and other client-facing materials.

  • Event planning and bookings.

  • Align marketing activities with sales objectives to enhance lead generation and conversion.

Lead Generation and Analytics:

  • Leverage tools like Leadinfo to identify and analyze website visitors, providing actionable insights for the sales team.

  • Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making and track lead conversion.

Content and Communication:

  • Together with the Alliance and Communication Manager, create and manage high-quality content for digital channels, including blogs, newsletters, and social media.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and campaigns.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Use marketing analytics tools to monitor KPIs, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing activities and drive ROI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within B2B or life science industries.

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO tools).

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative eye for content creation.

  • Proactive mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and results.
