WORK DESCRIPTION

Are you a structured, detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset?

We’re looking for a Nordic Bid Administrator to join our team in Lund and play a key role in driving our bidding processes across the Nordic region.

In this position, you will coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process, working closely with our Sales team and cross-functional stakeholders. Your focus will be to ensure that all bids are well-prepared, compliant, and submitted on time—always maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

This is a temporary position from promptly to 2027-03-01, with the possibility of extension or a permanent positition.

Key Responsibilities

Success Criteria

  • Bid Administration: 
    Coordinate, plan and administrate bid processes, including internal meetings about compliance, specifications and pricing proposals, ensuring alignment with tender bid deadlines. 

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: 
    Plan and collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and structure the necessary input for each bid, contributing to the completeness, accuracy, and quality. 

  • Customer Interaction: 
    Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers throughout the bid process. Respond to inquiries, clarify requirements, and provide timely updates as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in bid administration, bid management, or a similar role involving cross-functional collaboration and deadline-driven deliverables.

  • Skills: Exceptional administration and organizational abilities, a strong analytical mindset, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.

  • Languages: Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken is required. Proficiency in additional Nordic languages is considered a strong advantage.
