ABOUT THE ROLE  

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional with a solid background in supporting databases and web applications. The ideal candidate for us will have hands-on experience with database technologies and be proficient in any  programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to MS SQL, Oracle, JSON, CSS, HTML, XSLT, JavaScript, C#, T-SQL, and PL/SQL. You should be well-versed in various types of APIs such as REST, GraphQL, SOAP, and gRPC, and familiar with tools for API documentation like Swagger or API Blueprint. A strong understanding of testing tools such as Postman and JUnit is also essential. 

We highly value experience in cloud-based implementations, with a preference for Microsoft Azure, as well as a good grasp of web application security and authentication protocols. To succeed in this role, you must bring at least five years of experience in a service-based environment, where you have demonstrated your ability to manage a billable workload effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.

You should be well organized, capable of meeting deadlines, and possess a strong sense of accountability. We’re looking for someone who is not only a proactive problem solver and self-starter but also a collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential, as we strive to meet and exceed the standards our customers expect. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop a deep understanding of the Axiell ALM Product Suite, including configuration options and typical use cases for each product. 

• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Axiell ALM Product Suite in the client’s environments.  

• Collaborate closely with Axiell Project Managers to plan and forecast workloads, ensuring timely delivery aligned with customer contracts. 

• Coordinate your workload with team members to meet all project milestones on or ahead of schedule. 

• Identify and escalate out-of-scope requests to the Project Manager as appropriate. 

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers through consistent and transparent communication. 

• Participate actively in project-related meetings such as daily stand-ups, allocation sessions, and catch-ups. 

• Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing as required to uphold product standards. 

• Provide valuable feedback regarding product implementation and usage to support continuous improvement. 

• Identify and document customer enhancement requests, ensuring they are clearly communicated to the relevant teams. 

• Perform additional ad hoc duties as needed to support the effective functioning of the department and company.
