Now we're looking for a Sales & Finance Coordinator to support our finance operations across Finland, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium — a key role that keeps our international business running smoothly. 

About the role 

In this position, you’ll be part of a collaborative finance team ensuring correct invoices, revenue recognition and financial data across several European markets. Your work will directly support our customer projects, internal teams and the consistency of our financial processes. 

You will work with: 

• Managing the full salesorder to invoice process for our customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Finland 

• Setting up the financial components for new customer projects (project accounting) 

• Handling accounts receivable, including followups and payment reminders 

• Ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition together with the Finance team 

• Maintaining and updating customer master data in our ERP system 

• Administering contractual price adjustments (CPI) for customers 

• Supporting monthend tasks such as reconciliations, forecasts and analysis 

• Acting as a point of contact for general customer finance queries and guiding them to the correct internal teams

Who we think you are 

You enjoy structure, accuracy and improving ways of working. You're a strong communicator with excellent English skills — and preferably Dutch or German as well. You’re confident with digital tools and ideally experienced with ERP systems (Dynamics is a plus!).
