What You’ll Be Doing
As Senior Project Manager & Team Lead for the UKME region, you will lead the delivery of medium to large-scale software implementation projects. You will manage a team of consultants and project managers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
You will report to the EMEA Head of Professional Services and play a key role in shaping team culture, driving performance, and contributing to strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver software implementation projects across the UKME region
Manage and mentor a team of 6 Product Consultants and 1 Junior Project Manager
Ensure effective resource planning and project tracking
Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in IT project management
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to embrace agile practices

Location
The role is primarily based in Nottingham, where our main office is located. However, we also have an office in Manchester, and we’re happy to consider candidates based there. For the right candidate, we’re open to a remote working arrangement.
