This is what the job entails

We are now looking for you to continue our journey of development together with us. You will work closely with the company's CEO/Founder Petra and work as an HRIS project manager with your own clients  on longer assignments.

We are looking for an experienced and driven HRIS project manager who wants to help change, develop and simplify the daily work for our clients. In this role you will be responsible for having the overall responsibility for planning, implementing and developing projects related to our clients ' HR systems.


As HRIS Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Project planning and coordination- Developing and implementing project plans with schedules, resources and budget together with the client.

  • Requirements analysis: Identifying and documenting business requirements, by collecting feedback from different departments of the client.

  • Risk management: Identify and manage risks that could affect the success of the project and develop strategies to minimize these risks.

  • System selection and implementation - Evaluate, select and implement appropriate HR systems in collaboration with the client's HR and IT functions and external system providers.

  • Communication and collaboration: Act as a link between HR, IT, and suppliers, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the project status.

  • Change management: Manage the change process and support employees in the transition to new work methods and technologies.

  • Training and support: Organize and conduct training for end-users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

  • Monitoring and evaluation: Monitor system performance and usage after implementation and make necessary adjustments.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

At least 5 years of experience in leading and working on HRIS projects with process and change management in a larger company or as a consultant with clients.

We believe that you have an education in system science, HR, IT or equivalent and a few years experience from project management in a similar role. It is also meritorious if you have experience with various HR and payroll systems as an advanced user or system administrator.

As a person, you are customer oriented and collaborative. You are proactive, businesslike and goal-oriented. You are good at establishing and maintaining good relations in different projects You are experienced in providing education and supporting companies in different phases of transformation. You are communicative and express yourself well in both speech and writing in both Swedish and English. You like challenges and have a real good ability to see and understand overall solutions.
