Role overview
As Key Account Manager, your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence throughout Scandinavia, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships.
You’ll represent our Consumer Packaging Cluster which includes multipacks, machinery, folding cartons and fiber-based packaging materials — and deliver tailored commercial solutions designed to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities:
Develop new business and drive growth across the Scandinavian region through frequent customer visits.
Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and presentations.
Manage client interactions independently, including calls, visits, and project communications.
Maintain robust internal forecasting and account planning systems.
Collaborate closely and report directly to the Consumer Regional Sales Lead.

Candidate profile/What we ask
Holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, commerce, or a technical field.
Has at least 10 years of experience in (technical) sales—preferably within the packaging industry.
Possesses excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Demonstrates a proactive, self-starting, and analytical mindset.
Has a proven track record in driving business growth.
Brings a strong network in the food & beverage sector (a plus).
Speaks fluent English and preferably a Scandinavian language.
Willingness to travel within Scandinavian region.
