WORKDESCRIPTION

You will be a part of the Project Delivery team and work closely with both new and existing costumers to enable them to get the best use out of the Axiell ALM Product Portfolio. You will configure the products to meet our costumers business needs including data migration, consultancy, general consultancy, installation, configuration, and testing.

In this position you will report directly to Head of Project Delivery placed in Manchester, UK.

YOU WILL...

• Develop an excellent in-depth knowledge of the Axiell ALM Product Set; know the configuration requirements of all the products and the limitations of each product.

• Assist in customer data migrations from a variety of sources into Axiell Products.

• Work closely with the Axiell Project Managers to plan, schedule, and execute the work assigned.

• Carry out any QA testing as may be required to ensure product quality.

• Work with the Development team, providing feedback on products and customer wish lists.

• Be able to recognize Request for Enhancements and ensure they are clearly categorized and documented.

• To monitor scope of a project and ensure that out-of-scope requests are raised with the Project Manager.

• Always contribute to the building and maintenance of strong customer relationships and satisfaction by provision of clear and frequent communication, including throughout any project lifecycle.

• Attend review/project meetings (stand-ups, allocation sessions, catch-ups).

• Manage own workload in cooperation with team colleagues

• Any other ad hoc duties as required within the department to ensure the effective operation of the company.

You must be fluent in Dutch and English, written and oral.

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience working with or studying the archive, museum or library sector

• Familiar with Agile project management methods

• Technical skills:

  • Any experience/knowledge of Javascript, C#, HTML, CSS, SQL server, Windows Active Directory or other database technologies or programming languages.

  • Database Modelling

• Proficiency in the German language
